Refund Policy

If a volume is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including change of mind. No explanation is required, though we always welcome one.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or write to us at info@oraclepublishinghouse.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank typically takes a further three to ten working days to show the credit.

If you bought a volume through Payhip, Etsy or Gumroad, that marketplace handles the transaction and its own refund process applies. Contact us if you are unsure where your order was placed and we will point you to the right place.

The guarantee is intended for genuine readers. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer where there are clear signs of abuse or fraud. Full payment and billing mechanics are set out in Paddle's Refund Policy and in our Terms & Conditions.
